This past order, I bought a ground bag of my favorite coffee (jamacia me crazy) and a bag of what they claimed to be the "best coffee" they had for sale?. My order came to more than 85:.00 with shipping and two 5lb bags of ground coffee/. The "best coffee" they offered is called "Mocha Java" and it is no better than Maxwell house/.
I called to see if they had any customer service / return policy offers and a woman
kept saying "unfortunately, we don't take ground coffee back", no matter what I asked her and despite my history with the company,. She said they could take 10% off and order over the phone "now",. Talk about insult to injury! There customer service is terrible and so are their prices?. I will no longer be a customer of theirs?. Buy your coffee somewhere else. 2cd0b74
